Published prices where we have them, a written scope where we don't

The fit call is free. The appointment-business packages below have fixed published prices. B2B Lead Generation, Quote & Service Recovery and Research & Evidence Workflows are scoped individually: you get a written price after the fit call, before any work starts. All figures exclude VAT.

How the money works

Four rules, and every price on this page follows them.

  1. 1

    Free fit call

20 minutes to confirm this is worth pursuing before either of us spends anything.

  2. 2

    Scope before price

Published packages use their listed fee. New growth and evidence workflows are scoped individually before a figure is agreed.

  3. 3

    Vendor costs at cost

The AI provider's own usage charges, passed through itemised. We don't mark them up.

  4. 4

Ongoing support follows the named offer

The appointment-business catalogue has optional published support. For new offers, any required monitoring, review cadence and price are written into the scoped proposal.

Getting started

4 products · No charge–£750
  • Introductory fit call (20 minutes)

    No charge

No charge. Qualification call before any paid engagement.

  • Missed Revenue Snapshot

    £300

A measured week on your own public channels, with your written consent: we call and message at agreed times and log what actually happens. You get a one-page report with the arithmetic at your own average appointment value. Findings are aggregate only; no individual staff member is named or timed.

  • AI Boundary Check

    £550

A structured test of the AI you already run, whether it came with your booking platform or from another supplier: does it say it's automated, does it pass clinical and sensitive questions to a person, does it invent prices, and what does it do in an emergency. You get timestamped transcripts, a scorecard, and a prioritised fix list.

  • AI Opportunity and Vendor Review Start here

    £750

Fixed once you sign. The same fee whatever we recommend, including "switch on what you already pay for" — never credited against a later build, so there's no incentive to steer you toward one. Limited to our first 10 reviews at this rate while we build out the vendor-intelligence base behind it.

Implementation

5 products · £1,100–£2,400
  • Native AI Activation

    £1,100

Configuration of the AI your own booking platform already includes: approved answers, escalation and disclosure rules, tested hand-over paths, and a staff walkthrough. Nothing new is bought and nothing is built. Where your platform's own AI cannot do the job, that is a separate quote, not an add-on to this one.

  • Missed Call Recovery Setup

    £1,200

Fixed implementation fee for routing missed calls into an organised, integrated enquiry. Where a ready-made service already covers the simple case, the vendor review says so rather than sell you this.

  • Messaging or FAQ Assistant

    £1,500

Fixed implementation fee: approved wording for routine questions, an escalation list for anything else, set up across your website and messaging channels.

  • Front Desk Starter (Missed Call Recovery + Messaging Assistant, bundled)

    £2,400

The combined package is £300 less than booking the two components separately.

  • Out-of-Hours AI Concierge

£1,800 + vendor charges at cost

Evening, weekend and closed-hours cover — captures, answers or offers a booking link, scoped not to compete with daytime reception. Voice and messaging usage is invoiced at the vendor's own rate, itemised, until your first billing cycle gives a real volume to set a capped monthly fee against.

Larger builds

2 products · £1,500–£2,800
  • AI Front Desk Implementation — base

    From £2,800

One channel, one platform, one location, the standard escalation set, no number porting. Add channels, a platform-integration module, or out-of-hours cover as your setup needs them — see the configurator on this page.

  • Booking Integration

    From £1,500

The final figure depends on which of three scenarios fits your platform — see the breakdown on this page. A deposit-taking module is available as an add-on to any of the three.

Add-ons

2 products · £950–£1,200
  • Staff AI Toolkit

    £950

Response templates, sector-specific responsible-AI guidance and an internal knowledge assistant — no client data or booking-platform access involved. An add-on alongside another project, not usually the first thing we lead with.

  • Review and Feedback Automation

    £1,200

Requests reviews and collects feedback after an appointment, routes anything negative to a named person, and drafts — never auto-publishes — a response. Offered alongside missed-call recovery or front-desk implementation, not sold on its own.

Larger programmes

2 products · £700–£900
  • Additional-Site Rollout

    £700–£900 per additional site

The build we already delivered for you, stood up at your next location: £700 per site for a missed-call recovery build, £900 for a messaging assistant or out-of-hours build, each with its own test pass and staff walkthrough. Offered once the original site has run cleanly for eight weeks; same platform, same legal entity.

  • Multi-Site or Cross-Channel Programme

    Quoted

Cross-channel AI concierge and multi-location deployment for clients with an established, proven first project. Quoted per engagement — nothing about it is standard enough yet to publish a starting figure honestly.

Ongoing

3 products · £120–£750
  • Managed Monitoring & Optimisation — Essentials

    £120 per month

Fixed for 12 months once you sign. One workflow monitored, a monthly report, changes billed at the day rate. Only offered where we've implemented or integrated something — a pure buy-and-enable outcome keeps its vendor's own support instead, not ours.

  • Managed Monitoring & Optimisation — Managed

    £350 per month

Fixed for 12 months. Up to three channels monitored, two hours of changes included each month, a quarterly review.

  • Managed Monitoring & Optimisation — Programme

    From £750 per month

Scoped to your setup. Multi-site or cross-channel monitoring once several workflows are live.

Front Desk and Booking Integration, configured to your setup

Both are base-and-add-on: a fixed starting price, then the specific pieces your setup actually needs.

AI Front Desk Implementation

The base fee covers one channel, one platform, one location and standard escalation. Add channels or a direct booking integration as your setup calls for them.

  • AI Front Desk Implementation — base

    From £2,800

One channel, one platform, one location, the standard escalation set, no number porting. Add channels, a platform-integration module, or out-of-hours cover as your setup needs them — see the configurator on this page.

  • Additional channel (Front Desk add-on)

    £600 per additional channel

Each channel beyond the base scope's one — web chat, WhatsApp, SMS, Telegram, Instagram handoff.

  • Platform integration module (Front Desk add-on)

    £900 one-off add-on

Two-way booking written directly into your platform's calendar, where a supported API exists, instead of a lead captured for a person to place manually.

Booking Integration

The figure depends on which scenario fits your platform: a usable API, an API that needs help, or no adequate booking system yet. A deposit-taking module works with any of the three.

  • your platform has a usable API

    From £1,500

We build the AI layer directly on your existing booking system through its own API — the lowest-risk option, since nothing about your setup changes.

  • your platform's API needs help

    From £2,500

We keep your existing system and add a lightweight integration layer to translate between it and the AI, where the platform's own API is thin or unreliable on its own.

  • no adequate booking system yet

    From £3,500

We deploy a booking system alongside the integration layer and migrate your data — only where your current setup has no adequate option and replacing it is justified.

  • Deposit-taking module (Booking Integration add-on)

    £600 add-on

Adds a slot hold, payment request and confirm/release step to any of the three booking scenarios. Deposits are your revenue, paid straight to your own payment provider — never routed through us.

How we handle vendor costs and referral income

Some of the platforms we recommend pay a referral commission when a client signs up through us. Where that's true, it's named in the recommendation document itself, in pounds, alongside every other option on the table, including the ones that pay us nothing. The review fee is the same whichever option you choose.

Commission income is never netted into our price, and it's never a reason to prefer one vendor over another. It is tracked separately, so what we charge you stays honest about what the work costs.

"Every recommendation document names the commission we would earn from each option, in pounds. The comparison always includes at least two options, the rationale is in writing, and the review fee is the same whichever option wins, including the ones that pay us nothing."

What's not included, and the existing-catalogue day rate

Every product page lists what it explicitly excludes. The boundary is written down, not left to guesswork. The day rate below applies only to change requests for the published appointment-business catalogue. New sales, recovery and evidence products use the change-control terms and price written into their own scoped proposal.

Choose the workflow first

The solution page shows the buyer, inputs, output and boundary. If a published price does not apply, the fit call establishes whether a bounded written scope is possible.
